- I'm a visual artist working in the Nashville area. I have been working on art for as long as I can remember. In preschool I drew unicorns in knee socks. When I was in 4th grade I created a series of picture books which ended up spanning several hundred pages of my drawings, entitled "Portraits of Imaginary Creatures". I've come a ways since then, but as you can see I still enjoy portraying flora and fauna. Artists whom I admire include Lisa Sanditz, Pia Fries, Joseph Turner, Claire Sherman, Daniel Richter, and John James Audobon. I love oil painting best, and that place where the light from another world shines through to ours.
